Option 1 - No monthly cost (Free) + 5% fee of the total booking cost
This package includes everything below....
• Bookable website – your unique profile allows you access to our portal to view your property listing
• Property management system – log in and view your activities, update pictures, change your text, add new features and much more
• Channel manager – link upto 3 external calendars and manage everything in one place (Booking.com, Vrbo, Airbnb, even link your own website ……..) Easy!
• Payment solution – Stripe card processing**
• Guest messaging – Easy contact with your guests throughout the process
• Instant booking and request to book – choose how you want your booking to be processed instant booking or booking request message for approval first.
• Personalised Listing – Set your own rates, terms and upload your own policies
• Email support – As always we are here to help. This package includes unlimited email support.
Option 2 - £25 per month + 5% fee of the total booking cost
This package includes everything in option 1 plus....
• Manual payments – Transfer funds to your account and avoid any processing fees
• Security deposit pre-authorization – Protect your home with a pre-authorised card payment security/ accidental damage deposit. Returned following departure after we’ve had the green light that everything is okay!
• Advanced guest messaging - Busy day? We get it! Automate your response your guest knows you’ll be back with an answer shortly.
• Google Vacation Rentals – Double bubble rental advertising on Google Vacation.
• Phone support – In addition to email support you can contact us on the phone for assistance where our friendly team can assist with any enquiries.
Option 3 - £35 per month + 5% fee of the total booking cost
This package includes everything in option 1 and 2 plus....
• Cleaning and task management app – No need to make separate calls to the keyholder or cleaners. Our app automatically updates your team every time you get a booking or cancellation. They can even upload pictures on arrival and completion so
you know the job is done.
• Guest App – With your own QR code its simple and easier than ever for your guest to access all your property info, get helpful info and send an enquiry, leave a review and re-book!
• Reports & Insights – No more finger counting, the stats are at your fingertips! In an instant check out your occupancy rate, income sources, income and profit and much more.
