Our penthouse is located in Costa Blanca South. More specifically, the Orihuela Costa region, just 7 km from Torrevieja. This region is known for around 320 days of sunshine a year! Moreover, this region has been declared the healthiest living environment in Europe, the so-called Microclimate. Very suitable for people with rheumatism or other joint complaints as well as skin conditions. People with asthma also feel much better in this climate. This is because the mountain peaks are up to 1500 metres high and this acts as a buffer for weather inland and from the sea. You can fly either from Murcia or from Alicante, both a 45-minute drive from the property.

This penthouse has a large solarium of 60m. Where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the salt lakes, from the lounge with a nice cocktail or from the sun loungers with parasol. Moreover, you can serve delicious tapas at the large dining table under the pergola.

This penthouse has 2 bedrooms, 1 room with a large double bed (160*200cm) with 'hard' luxury mattress and 1 room with 2 single beds (200*90*90 cm) and keeping every comfort.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer and toilet.

Bed linen and towels are included.

Baby chair and Baby bed on request.

For the Masterchefs among you, there is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, stove hood, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, crockery etc... In the meantime, you can put in some laundry or set up the dishwasher if necessary.
The dining room has a dining table with 4 chairs. The living room has a comfortabel couch with TV. The living room has a sliding window with a terrace where you can have a nice breakfast or test the WiFi and read the newspaper on your smartphone. From the 1st terrace you have nice view on both swimmingpools.
If it gets too hot inside you can turn on the airconditioning, which can be regulated in each room.

The residence is a gated complex with 40 apartments and is a low-rise building, u may use the communal pool and separate children's pool. There is also 1 parking space provided.

In the area there is much to do, such as the beautiful beaches, Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig, Punta Prima, Campoamor ... If you like to do some shopping don't miss La Zenia Boulevard, with a wide range of stores and a variety of restaurants/bars. Near to the apartment you will find Plaza Villamartin, a pleasant square full of cafes and restaurants, in the evening you can also usually enjoy live performances.

On arrival, you will receive a welcome pack (drinks and a snack) and a starter pack of shower gel, shampoo and hand soap.

Tip : Rent a car from the airport. We do recommend taking the proper insurance. You can also use public transport at the airport (Alicante) to take the bus to Villamartin. Taxi from airport is about 75 EUR.
