Luxury Villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with phenomenal views of the dunes New very spacious and modernly furnished Villa with private pool located in Villa Martin, on the ground floor of this Villa there are 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom with sink, rain shower and toilet and one bathroom also has a bath.
Each room is equipped with large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space.
The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove, hood, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, plates and cutlery... in short, everything is present.
Ground floor is equipped with kitchen with washing machine, fridge, micro and stove. There is a relaxation room with pool table, darts, home cinema, armchair and just TV.
Downstairs also has 2 bedrooms each having their own bathroom with sink, rain shower and toilet.
The entire house is equipped with air conditioning (warm-cold) electric shutters, wifi and TV.
Terrace at the front of the living room overlooking the pool, at the back of the kitchen with garden view and pergola with dining table + there are two lounge seats available on two separate terraces. At the pool there are 4 sunbeds and a rain shower provided
On the roof terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset overlooking the dunes there are 2 lounge sets, dining table with 12 chairs and hanging chair.
There is also an outdoor kitchen with BBQ
Parking on the domain as well as in front of the house.
The property is located near a large supermarket (Aldi), within walking distance.and 1.2 from the VillaMartin Plaza (https://www.villamartinplaza.c...) where many bars and restaurants are present, La Zenia Boulevard (https://zeniaboulevard.es/en/s... ) is 2.4 kilometers away.
A 10-minute drive away you will find numerous beautiful beaches and beach bars...and the bustling Torrevieja is also close by.
Within the 15 min drive there are 7 numerous golf courses.
