End of stay cleaning fee:

£120 for up to 6 guests, £150 for 7+ guests

* For booking purposes on the booking form the term 'Adults' refers to the number of 'Guests' regardless of age.

This option depends on availability. The rate for either option is 50% of your reservation nightly rate. This must be booked and paid for prior to arrival.

Security deposit: £250

This will be charged on arrival and will be refunded to you in full within seven days of you vacating the villa, on condition no damage has occurred.
